A rural, quiet setting in a peaceful wooded valley, the guest homes are 1400 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath country homes next to the vineyards on our 84 acre ranch. Fully furnished and equipped, each home can accommodate up to six visitors. The large master baths feature oval soaking tubs with views looking to the mountains and vineyards. The spacious Great Rooms overlook the yards, with views of the pastures and mountains.
The furnishings are a mixture of modern and antique pieces with many original art works. The covered front porch or patios are the perfect spot for viewing some of our abundant wildlife and birds. You can enjoy a relaxing game of croquet (equipment included) on the expansive lawns. Your stay includes complimentary wine from our cellars and a welcome basket with many fresh and local goodies. There is ample parking for vehicles and the largest RV's.
We are located between the historic town of Santa Margarita, known for its antique shops and auctions and picturesque Santa Margarita Lake and Park with fishing and miles of back country trails. The homes are available for weddings, garden parties, meetings, retreats, workshops, seminars, reunions and for groups up to 150 people.
Amenities: Air conditioning, high speed wireless internet connection, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, charcoal grill (BBQ). No smoking or pets.

$1,200.00/week for 1-4 guests. Additional guests (up to 2) are $70.00/guest/night
Local taxes on stays less than 30 nights are 10%.
$2,000.00/month 1-2 guests. Additional guest (up to 4) are $100.00/guest/night
$200.00 deposit required to hold reservations. Full payment due 21 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee $25.00/person based on length of stay. Visa and Master Card accepted. Please No Smoking or Pets allowed.
